• Sponser ID
• Passportwith minimum validity of 6 months
• Medical by pannel doctor
• 8 passport size coloured photos with white background

Business / Commercial Visit Visa:

• Electronic invitation letter sent by Saudi Co. through Saudi Chamber of Commerce.
• 2 passport size white background photographs.
• Covering Letter (Indian Co. Letter) requesting for the issuance of visa, stating nature of business and recommendation of Saudi consulate to endorse the visa.
• A recommendation letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce stating nature of business of the Indian Co.
• relation between the two (Saudi & Indian) companies like agreement, invoice of the consignment sent.

Residence Visa (Family Joining visa):

• Visa Slip
• Visa form to be filled up
• Two passport size white background photographs.
• Marriage Certificate (for spouse)
• Birth Certificate (for children)
• Medical by the pannel doctor
• Recent Vaccination certificate for children below 15 years and Medical certificate above 15 years.

Child Endorsement (New Born):

• Child visa Endorsement
• Passport of the child
• Passport of mother having valid re - entry visa
• Copy of full pages of Iqama and Passport copy of father

Re-Entry Extension

• The re- entry visa have only extended until 7 month from the arrival date of Passenger.

• Visa Extension Computer print out from Jawasat
• 4 passport size photos in white background Size 6x4 Cm

Family Visit Visa:
