How it works - Employers

Haleema Enterprises believes in transparent and legally backed recruitments to benefit both the employer and the job seeker. We recruit candidates only for companies that executed an agency agreement adequately stating the terms and conditions regarding the demand and supply of human resources.

Documents required from employers

Power of attorney

The employer/ principal should formally issue a power of attorney appointing Haleema Enterprises as their lawful attorney and agent in India for handling all affairs concerning recruitment.

Demand letter

The employer / Principal should issue a formal demand letter to Haleema Enterprises stating the job categories, number of workers required in each category, monthly salary, duration of the contract and other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air travel, accommodation etc.

Specimen employment agreement

The employer / Principal should issue a formal Specimen Employment Agreement / Contract stating the monthly salary, period of the contract, place, and other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air travel, accommodation etc.


Companies and establishments should issue Online Wakala (Letter of Authority) through (ISTIQDAM), the recognised Recruitment office by the Saudi Government or https://enjazit.com.sa with approval of the Chamber of Commerce. The domestic workers' visa process needs Wakala to be made only through the recognised Saudi Recruitment office (ISTIQDAM) to obtain an Emigration clearance for domestic workers agreement should be attested by the Indian Embassy.

The employer should issue an employment agreement mentioning the details of employment.

How it works - The Consultant


We arrange the accommodation, transport and all other logistic support required for the purpose when the employer prefers the selection of applicants by an oral or practical test by their authorised representatives. When we manage the recruitment process for technical and professional category jobs, our experts interview the applicants under the supervision of executives.

Medical Check-up

We manage the medical check-ups of selected candidates in partnership with authorised medical centres of the respective Embassies of the country of employment.

Application for visa

For jobs in Saudi Arabia, we submit the passport for visa endorsement to the visa consulate in Mumbai orvisas New Delhi. For all other GCC countries. The employer should obtain individual or group for the selected candidates from the respective country of employment.

Emigration & Ticketing

We obtain emigration clearance from the POE(Protector of Emigrants) for the candidates. The employer may send PTA or remit necessary travelling expenses to Haleema Enterprises to facilitate travelling as scheduled.

Pre-departure Orientations

Haleema Enterprises provides a basic orientation to workers before travelling abroad. The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities while abroad and the first-hand information of the work environment there & salient features of labour laws of the country of employment.
